Have to apologize did thread cause i thought i found the jap version of game and was going to patch it and upload it but turned out false so only have the patch if any members or mods etc have the game pls post it here. Sry to all for inconvenience

If I may, including the ID or just straight up the dlsite link would be more beneficial to be honest.

You may be missing windows core fonts. Or you didn't install a font that came with the game.
Look in the game folder and open the folder called "Fonts".
Open those fonts and hit the "Install" button

Sorry about that. Applocale wasn't working so I changed it. Usually when I have an issue with Apploc, the program just doesn't open.
But will adding Fonts correct the AppLoc issue?

It should correct font issues with the game only. Apploc only has problems with certain japanese fonts so sometimes japanese fonts help.

Well, I usually use ChiTrans to avoid changing the locale to japanese Everytime I want to play a jp game, but i get that annoying empty text box with this one....
