If you can't or don't want to pay and have 0.7.1 then no, but if so there are up to 0.7.4
To be fair it was holidays and they could easily be getting back into the swing, so I am personally okay with a delay.

Do the last activity once done they will suggest to go. Your screen seems cropped there is an option on the top left corner.

I mean, the game is cool but the content, the true content of the story is not going forward at all; and every update the guy make us restart from the beginning... it was ok twice but the third time... come on...
What's different between the newest version and the one from 3-4 updates ago? That's when I was most likely playing it 
From what I understand it was mostly adding the quest system, but then again he hasn't released 0.7.4 to the general audience so more could be added in it.
I just hope this current delay with new versions is tied to Holidays+ New version (think 0.8.0) and not him going awol again.

In the new update, there are only minor gameplay changes. There is no new content, maybe some new Karina's lecture.
Three new rooms/halls and gym clothes are added at the university.
About the quest system, above the phone, you can now see quests currently active for that day, and when you complete it, it is removed/marked as done.
The gameplay changes are nice to have.
The author probably wants to create an environment before continuing on new content. That is my opinion, and currently, it is much easier to do now, when there isn't a lot of content, than later, when it is more complex to make any changes.

Honestly, I won't even download it, I think I've been waiting for 1 year for something from this game, I'll come back in 2 years when there's something interesting
OMG! Again from the begining. It's not funny!
I will say this time it at least makes sense because it added the quest system which would require it knowing all you have done which previous versions probably didn't have a way to properly let it know.
But he needs to get to a build where cross-version saves are possible.
