After playing through to the point where there's nothing more to do at the classes, I've a few thoughts.
So far, yes, the writing is on the wall that the protagonist is going to end up trans and hot is almost a forgone conclusion. As to sissification though... that's a little more unclear. The story has shown signs of the protagonists mental resistance, and their spunk being a powerful force to be reckoned with. It's a bit of a hail mary, but this may actually be one of those few gender bender romps where the PC may (or may not, depending on choices made) keep their wits as they gain their tits.
Okay, that one was crude, but it rhymed. I regret nothing.
...Although it's tricky to figure out how much agency we actually have, big picture wise, as most of advancing the plot requires doing x with few or no alternatives in sight, but maybe, much like many of the students at Innercall, there's more under the hood.
I do like how the (step)mother is actually written as frazzled, tired, but supportive of the protagonist as they are trying to get their shit together.
I'd love to see more of that, especially regarding the PC's physical incoming changes. Really, the family has been dealt a garbage hand, between the criminal father and those keen on collecting, not to mention the organization intent on changing up the protagonist and meddling with their lives via experimentation, and I've always been a sucker for plucky underdogs.
It's probably also worth noting that despite the PC lamenting at where they are at, not once did they consider just leaving their family to deal with the problems themselves. That's kind of adorable.

Regarding the mechanics though, it would be handy if there was a simple 'wait for noon' or such option when you are out at town. It feels like it's almost required to wake up, click, shower, click, go to kitchen, click, help or do not with mom, click, eat, click, THEN go out just to do Innercall or work stuff. For ingame weeks.
The content doesn't really vary while doing this, so it's kind of ... dull. An ability to streamline this would be nice, unless the intent is to add more randomness and interactions in the process, such as kitchen talks, family /morning events, etc.
