just type Deep Sea on the magic circle, then keep going top right > right > up the stairs > up the chains (ladder) > go out the cave > go up the rope that has grassland around

72 and 73 are that owl girl's quest

They are both in the "Deep Sea" area of Signine. Go to the teleporter at floating ruins by taking the cage elevator near the warp and type in Deep Sea (caps matter).
