Buy Death Guards from one of the shops in the game that sells status immunity accessories, such as the shop Nekonchu at the Hunter’s Rest in Talvirar. You need Paralyze Guards and Panic Guards for other fights as well.

Ghoula - can be found at the Thunder Tree when returning there after the fight will Mollu
Trap Monster - Gather everyone in the meeting room (has a chance to appear but not guaranteed)
Dragon - After "Lord of the Apex" quest you can fight her at the top of the mountain.
