No, it's still being made. There was an update 64 days ago it just hasn't been uploaded here.

You can get it on Itch or Patreon.

Nobody who has paid for the latest release has bothered to share it. Signs of good patrons, or lack of overall popularity.
Games like Wild Life and True Facials get shared within 24 hours usually.

Are there no endings for completing all 7 days? I finished the final shift as Pelena and when I went to bed my game crashed but I still unlocked a new character

Edit: Just completed another week as the 2nd character and apparently you get a screen showing your stats after finishing a run, so the game isn't supposed to close after sleeping on the final day
