most likely you're a proud owner of an intel graphics card which is either too old or doesn't have latest drivers so it doesn't work with vulkan rendering engine. Create a shortcut and then add --rendering-driver opengl3 to the target in shortcut's property and launch the game via this shortcut, might fix the issue

here's a tutorial on how to run godot games with opengl3 mode. the person in this video showcases how to run godot itself, but it can be applied to innventure.exe in the same way

What other characters? Everyone is there, except for Renco (the only male character in the game, I don't think male protags really fit anymore)

Just saw this now, but don't really get how it didn't fit. Any story was basically removed and scrapped for a more basic premise compared to older versions so there being male/ female/ or other is kinda irrelevant to any drive or story. I get if it just isn't your thing. Either way, glad you're introducing other char's. I hope with the final update there is more diversity, and better direction. The waitressing aspect seems less relevant with the help of the npc that also waits on people. The game is more directed towards just "flirt with people" and it takes away most of the gameplay mechanics because they just no longer matter. I don't really get how the game is 1 update away from final release, still feels quite far, needs more polish, more options, more direction. But if you're happy with it that's all that matters I suppose. If so, I hope you take the base of this game, and make something new and bigger with it after, I enjoy the concept of this game and it direction, just hoping for more with it.

I'm assuming the idea behind the duration of play (one week for the first character, for example) is more meant to be akin to roguelites, where a single game session might only be an hour or two but you'll unlock a few things for your next run--in this case, new characters. That's the vibe I get, anyway.

yes you unlock new characters and new costumes (the latter purely cosmetic), and each character brings a slightly different playstyle. at least on paper. I haven't done it all exactly as I imagined it to be but I think it's ok for a first game

• Pick up boxes and unload them all on the shelves. For your own comfort - do not mix stuff.

• If you have plenty of stuff on the shelves you can bring boxes to the basement (?) Or just keep unloading them because it faster*...

• To give glass of any drink: Pick up the glass you want to use and place it on something, like table

• Pick up bottle and click on the glass to fill it (each bottle has 2 glasses of the drink)

• Bring drinks to the visitors

• Once you click on visitor with correct drink they will leave money. With some chance will leave trash. And after finishing the drink will leave an empty glass.

• Bring empty glasses back to your table for re-use.

• To clean up trash faster, drop it on the floor and sweep it closer to the bin with broom

Nice tutorial for the core mechanics. Obviously, the alternative here is to go heavy on the seduction stuff and make money through the sexual propositions, but serving drinks is still the best money for time spent.

For the bottle thing, I think the main issues are people not knowing about how to change the items on the tray using the mouse wheel, since that's not listed in the controls, and I also don't think you can easily remove something from the tray that's placed there by mistake? Also you can't fill a glass on the tray either so it does require a certain order to all the steps. It's still fine though once you get the hang of it.
