insufficient privileges

I came to this server to start my own thread in animations & loops and post my mostly transformational art there. Unfortunately, I can't start anything anywhere, nor can I contribute. I know I can earn privileges by responding in the few places where I'm allowed to, but I don't want to "beat a dead horse" just to earn rights. I ask the admins for mercy and to grant me rights without these obstacles. You can find samples of my work on my page published in my about section on my profile. (the only place where I can post a link)

that's a trophy (think steam achievements for doing some basic stuff in a game). this one is for making your first post, which was your initial question. they're granted the next time the site checks for them, which usually means they're delayed a bit.

I'm very sorry for prolonging the agony, but I'm completely lost. My thread request disappeared from "Comic & Animation Requests", and it didn't appear in "Completed Comic & Anim. Requests", even not in "Rejected Comic & Anim. Requests". What did I do wrong? Or is it just taking longer?

if you posted links or images before you had 3 posts (iirc) then that post gets automatically unapproved until it's reviewed by a mod (anti-spambot measure)

unapproved = hidden from normal users, only mods can see it.
