But I can't tell you how many games the MC does nothing of note to earn sex and still get it.

Please, point the part in my post saying that "all games", or even just "most games", have a MC that does something to earn sex. Then point the part in my post where I talk about "earning" sex.

I'm, explicitly enough, talking about the story mechanism, that have to show the motive behind their actions. A motive that is fully absent if the MC is only present for the sake to be present. Reason why I point to femdom being the sole exception, because it's the only scenario where there's an implicit motive for the second characters to have sex with the MC.
