Made it to Rilo's place and start the sex scene but only see options for boosts. Is there a way to end the scene?

An option to finish (or continue, some later scenes are multi-phase) will appear when all active participants cum at least once. For every scene except the first statue the option will be at the bottom of the menu at the bottom right of the screen.

Finished it. Honestly fine game. HFT always has great voice acting if that is what one is looking for.
I wish it was clear from the begining that one should be smart about save slots, as there is no gallery or omake mode in the end

How to do you change the resolution?

My only option is my desktop resolution,
but the game hud is bugged on ultra widescreen.
