I have tried to update the cheat Mod for v0.10. For me it should actually work, but without the main game I can't test it myself now. So I put it here for those are willing to give it a try, but be aware that it maybe can cause issues at the game start. Well, let's hope it works.

Mod pre/test version cheat/info screen:
Download Mod only v0.10Cheat-V3 (~3MB)
(new version V3, fixed a bug with the text outlines)

Also: I've decide to - ones again - try to update the "WT" Mod version, too. Have no exact timeline for that, but I have still a bit time to give it at least a try. Again: can't test it though...

I have updated now my Mod main page with the download links and removed therefore the ones here.
- If you already have the Cheat Mod v.10Cheat-V3, then it's the same there and you don't need to re-download it
- In the AudioWT Mod on the main page I have integrated a patched script file for v0.10, with a fix for a known issue in the main game with a wrong code (" if Alexis_Points =< 30: ")

If it's true that the dev is making it difficult to mod this game - that's a shame. Single player games should be fair game to mod, I can't understand this dev mentality.

It's up to you of course, so far the saves from both were compatible to the game w/o Mod also. The Cheat only you are probably using should hopefully be compatible again to the Mod from scrappy, but the last time I've checked it wasn't updated so far.

You could use the reset option on the points and then set the options you changed to false in the mod menu.
