The "no wakeup" and "instant undress" option doesn't seem to work for me. Am I doing something wrong? The rest of the cheats seem to work fine though.

It's a story point for the MC and his step-sister if you make it to the end. Also an oppotunity to get free items, gain relationship point or do lewd things with your step-sisters.

Is it me or some scenes are happening before story scenes? Like i am eating food without cooking or going out to buy it, dunno if could explain it well. or do the scenes happen when certain days have passed automatically.
Scanned this on virustotal, similar issue - I didn't play it yet because I'm wary

Sadly not, I gave up after a bit of trying by myself. Even cheating doesn't help much, and even if I find the triggers in the code I can't manage to find them in the actual game.
It's a bit of a buggy mess, but some scenes are time based, probably with some stat requirements. The problem is that the game seems to have a certain pace it expects you to go at, and some mechanics unlock based puely on stats intead of story. You can have sex with her and still have scenes where she acts like she's still a virgin if you progress too fast, and make scenes trigger out of order. Because of this I suspect the game also skips scenes if you don't get the right triggers.
Yeah it's true, unfortunately with how slow the update is, I don't think most of the bug can be fixed. The only way to get all the available events is if the developer create a full guide with every events trigger fully explained in detail. Creating a time and point dependent simulation game is really difficult and not many devs have skill to pull it off. Looking back at how futari gurashi, game with the same genre with this, have so many trigger related bug that the devs have to update the game almost every single day for about half a year LOL.
