The thing with "Western inspired" games is that purity (Etc) is an entirely alien concept.
The default is whore and there's no other option, a pure girl would be seen as something that's simply baffling to the senses and unrealistic.
I don't think that you could make anything wholesome or sexy in a way that would appeal to a wider demographic than the seemingly enforced default closed market, it'd expand the standard in a way that would leave many people feeling uncomfortable, in consequence that'd be oppressive. I also think that there's a certain propagandist element at play here proposing a standard of expected sex life.

I think this is what you call a gap in the market.When I play majority of western games I always wonder why all the women look and act like sex workers. I can understand that if the game is SFW, but sex sells, so developers want to include some bikini armor or innuendos and such. But when the game already has explicit sex scenes, what's the point? It's fiction, so I want to see women that are hard to get to or downright don't exist in real life, not some hookers you can see in any strip bar or night club. Yet I see them again and again, do people really like that porn parody vibes or what? I don't get it. For me, the less woman looks like she wants sex, the more desirable she is.
Eastern stuff usually doesn't have that problem, wish they were less obsessed with schoolgirls though
A game developer catering to more wholesome or non-trashy characters will get the patronage of players with preferences like yours. Having said that, I can think of plenty of games with more "innocent" characters.
