Is Big Brother actually good?

I've never played Big Brother but I've always been turned off by how bad people have said the grind was. I get very mixed reviews of the game to the point where some people say its complete garbage and other think its the best thing to ever happen to the internet, on top of that I hear a lot of bad things about the dev and was just wondering if this game is as bad/as good as its been hyped. Is it actually worth a try or would it just bore me to tears?

To me the only redeeming factor about the game is the good renders.
When it came out there weren't many western porn games that had that good looking 3D females, but that has changed a while ago.

I honestly don't like anything else about the game and have only played it 2 times. Once at a pretty early stage and once like 2-3 months ago. Neither of which I enjoyed. I'd say try it out and see for yourself if you like it or not.

It's a matter of opinion and in my opinion the game isn't worth the time it takes to get anywhere with the characters.

It is worth a try, however the game is far to over-rated. I mean alot of people claim it to be one off the best games on here (and the popularity speaks for itself) however it is not that great of a game. Renders are good, but story wise that game is kinda bland.

It sure is grindy as hell. You should be prepared to watch the same scenes over and over again, but it also is cryptic. Figuring out when you have to be at which place to get further in another event etc.

And because of that, the perfect and objective answer you're looking for does not exist. Just download it and try it. Best case scenario: you've found your favorite game. Worst case scenario, you've wasted two hours of your life.

Yes and no.
Beautiful render women with normal sized breasts (as in small and med size) unlike gigantic ones that most games seems to have. Women are pretty realistic looking for a 3D models.
Story/ play is not too bad, but could have been done much better.
Only real bad thing about the game is it is just too grindy with seeing same thing (or nothing) over again and again until you trigger contents.

Just do what I do- download and try it. Don't like it, delete it and try other games

Depends on what you consider "good".

If you don't mind sloppy writing, repetitive scenes and plot that's been dragged on for far too long, then it's good enough.

The girls are hot and CG is top notch tho.

It's really interesting during early stages giving you strong sandboxish vibe. Great renders are nice addition. But like half in a game you will notice that everything it had appealing doesn't exist anymore due to a terrible design decisions (skill system doesn't work, branching doesn't exist). After that point it's some sort of a VN with decent renders, terrible story and tons of grind (I like grind but not when it's pointless). When it comes to grind it's the most grindy game on this site imo.

as others pointed out bb ahead of the most of the games regarding quality of renders and that's it
personally i never quite liked it,for me the grinding is too tiring and the game is too repetitive that it gets boring,i gave up after i downloaded the save file with day 299 or something..

Played the few starting updates of the game and instantly became a mad fan of it. Used to download all the updates, till V 0.8. The game used to be at number 1 spot for me. After that I stopped playing because it slowly started becoming boring. Same events, nothing new. Haven't downloaded it after that version. Kira is really hot though, Unfortunately very less content with only her and the main character.

Yeah I agree, it's super-grindy and without following a walkthrough - the path to move things forward is pretty opaque. Just all around tiring.
