RPGM Is it Loli or ok?

I am working on a game that is a mix of Shield Hero and Monster Girl Quest Paradox. In Shield Hero story, the MC’s sidekick is a slave girl he saves and raises over the course of a few months. The MC’s sidekick becomes a love interest later in the anime once she becomes an adult. I Shield hero story, they say that beast people age with levels.

Thinking about mirroring the general story idea in game form. At Level 1, she looks 10-14 years old, at level 10 she looks 15-17 years old, and at level 18+ she looks like an average adult woman between 20-25 (all in anime style).

Would it be loli if there was a scene with the 18+ looking version of this character? (Obviously no scenes with younger versions)

In the story, you would raise her from level 1 (10-14 years old looking) to Level 18+ (20-25 years old looking) over the course of a few months.

Don't touch anything child related in adult games with a barge pole. You're asking for trouble if you do. If you want to skirt around the rules a bit, you can do the whole "short and petite 25+ office lady with a cheerful personality" thing and loudly state that she's an adult. But even mentioning ages, especially those closer to 18 is just painting a target on your back.

But in the meanwhile, you should realize that on most platforms it's not okay. Steam and Patreon will not give you greenlights.

Ok, thanks for the feedback, everyone. The games story is meant to be a h-game version of Shield Hero + Monster Girl Quest with fresh twist. That part of the story would be mirrored from Shield Hero if it was included. I'll cut that idea to avoid any potential issues or confusion since all characters are intended to be in their 20’s in main story and any h-scenes.
