I think he means Kirikiri Z, which is a VN engine. It was used for games like Nekopara.

To answer the question, I think Kirikiri is exclusively japanese. And honestly, you're probably better off with Renpy.

Ahhh. I found the github repo of the code... hmm, last update to comments 2016... last update to code 3 years... last serious size commit... 7 years ago.
