Is it possible to make a MNF type game/ art using AI?
Of course it is. Why wouldn't it be possible? From AI to code, everything is AI-able. Just manage your expectations. You can't go to chatgpt and ask to create a game and download it (well at least for now), but you can ask for images, you can ask for code, no skills needed. I mean, no artistic or coding skills, you still need a good idea to make the game fun.

I'd suggest you work on your writing skills first before diving into lewd gamedev. Take a month and try to put together a small game in Twine, get a feel for how characters interact and how scripting logic works. Then once you've got some experience there you can start looking into image generation and whatnot.

Good luck, don't forget to have fun along the way! ;)
