There seem to be some issues with the DNS from the US and UK and other places too.
With a VPN you can still reach it.

They apparently had some DNS issues starting yesterday. Still worked intermittently and someone posted a fix on their partychan, apparently you can add these lines to your HOSTS file:

190.115.16.14 kemono.su
190.115.16.14 img.kemono.su
190.115.31.142 chan.kemono.party

This still works.
