No idea if there is a ready one, but there are literally a shit-ton of packages with morphs that let you do fat chicks. Sorry, chicks of beauty. Which ones you can use depends on the gen you're working in. Just look around for body morphs and you'll find plenty.

Renderhub has a couple artists and this guy in particular does some "big lady" morphs

Have you tried the morphs within DAZ itself? There are some morphs for belly. You can create it yourself. Or like a morph i just seen here.
