Is there a game where character become slut midgame not just ending? and it keep getting escalate?

I saw some thread with the same question, but most of the recommendation turn out to be 'you become the slut at an ending.'
I want to know if there's game where your character become slut at the START/MIDDLE and other NPC interaction change to reflect that. And you can keep escalating your 'slut reputation' or engage in even more extreme event.

Here's a list of games with mechanic I mentioned. (and for those who were looking for something similar)

-Karryn's Prison
-Panacea Z (or any game by HouseGame)
-Vitamin Quest series
-Slice of Venture series
-Pray Game
-RaiOhGar: Asuka and the King of Steel
-Princess of Zeven
-Princess Sacrifice: Adventure of Feena
-Magical Girl Celesphonia


Here's what I consider to NOT has slut mechanic. (or character not that slutty enough to be considered as such)

-any VN game with only linear story.
-Ideology in Friction Append
-Samurai Vandalism
(both game just lock 'slut' event to a town location and you just walk and talk to exhaust your event, a glorify unlock recollection gallery IMO)
-any [Acerola] game
(similar to IiFA and SV, your 'slutty-ness' only serve to unlock event. Outside of event there's nothing change. Charater also act ridiculous when you unlcok lvl 5 slut even in toilet and your character act like virgin in lvl 1 event at beach)

It honestly feels like every game the girl in it just becomes an instant slut with no meaningful corruption honestly.

 

[Living In A Lewd World]

I recommend to try Coming of Age. It is not finished yet, but gets raunchy in mid-game and just continues to escalate.
