Why so specific with the engine? I've seen both 2D VNs and 3D action games in Unity so if that was the point you need to specify it differently.
The Last Barbarian definitely counts. AI Shoujo is close enough as the actual male PC is more or less a non-entity avatar. Most of the other 3D games probably use Unreal Engine not Unity, at least the ones I know with a strippable female PC do.
