I'm fluent in Japanese so I'd rather just read the original Japanese than try to understand broken machine translated English that makes no sense. Is there a way to remove a file or something to get the original Japanese language back on RPGM games?

So, there are a number of steps you can consider doing here.

To begin, since you are fluent in Japanese, sites like

allow you to read/peruse the original games written in their native tongue (i.e., Japanese) since that is your preference as you had indicated in your post.

I am actually unsure if there is a way to completely wipe the machine translations once the game is installed You could try reaching out to the Zoner who made this post to see if it is possible or not.
