Not too certain about Bleach porn games, though there are some pretty good doujins out there for them. As for Naruto games:
1) Jikage Rising - The plot of the game is that you're whisked back in time to when Tsunade was Hokage after dying (or something...) after Boruto was caught cheating. The art is pretty on point and I think it's a game that anyone who's about the art of a game should check out if they're looking for a Naruto game.

2) Kunoichi Trainer - You're a gigantic weeb who's watched so much Naruto that you get isekai-d into the world of Naruto. The main interactable characters are the usual suspects: Hinata, Sakura, Ino, and Tenten but there are other characters who make appearances. Honestly haven't gotten too far into this but if you handle the grinding there's some decent stuff here.

Honestly, those are probably the best you've got. They're also games that aren't abandoned, so there's that. Hopefully this helps~
