Not sure how much scrolling or clicking it will save you, but:
- Go to your account preferences.
- Change search options from "Default Search Order" to "Most recent"; save changes.
- Open a thread.
- Use search in the top right corner to search "This thread" for one of the following:
[/attach]
[/img]
The first is for those using F95zone's attachments, the second is for those who link to Imgur and other hostings.
Not that useful if you have multiple image posts per page and only want to filter out the text inbetween. If you see multiple posts with consecutive post numbers in the search results, they're either all on the same page or on two neighbouring pages (open one, scroll to the rest).
You can scroll through a long page faster by grabbing the scroll bar instead of using mouse scrolling wheel.
You could also ask someone to write you a userscript to trim from the pages everything except page navigation and what's inside attachment/image BB codes.
All advice is PC-centric and I don't know if it translates to mobile browsing.
