Is there any way to translate RPGMaker games?

Aside from manually translating each line of text, is there a tool/program that translates the text into a machine translation all at once, or at least help me read the text? I know of one tool, but apparently the creator shut it down or something along those lines.

)...which of course can only happen manually...if that last bit would not be most devs would probably deliver themselves...

VN Maker has a translation tool built-in. Wish people would stop using RPG Maker. Use Ren'py, VN Maker or Unity
