This site does have a lot, about the only stuff you can't find here are games that have hardcore loli crap!
But of course not all games are on this site since there are so many adult games.

You'll be hardpressed to not find what you are looking for here aside from as the aforementioned Loli content. Plus with this being a nice forum community it is generally a great place, and definitely my favorite out of all the sites I've experienced.

This is the only site i use and the only you really need since it already has enough games that you could never play them all.

No issues at all just not gonna look up Loli.
But the sites that have been mentioned in this thread are the only other ones i have seen or heard of that are decent.
This is the best site though and just this site alone is gonna take way too long for you to find and play all the games.
I can suggest try Dreams of Desire, Coceter, Wicked Choices for now.
Oh and Depraved Awakening is really good.

I'm not sure where you got the "2006 and older" from but I would say pretty much every officially translated Japanese game (like released by MangaGamer or JAST or whatever) from the past 2 or 3 years is going to be here but if you get older than that it gets steadily sparser.
