if you're having trouble with an emulator, the pre-kill switch versions of the official standalone player for flash have never stopped working.

you can grab backups of it in many places, including links on f95zone such as here (link to archive.org capture of the official download page) or here; or find it prepacked with some flash games.

if there are many swf files for the game (common for japanese games), open them one by one until you get the right one, starting from filenames that sound like the main file (index.swf for your game).

Simplest way to put it search for "Standalone Flash Player" it's an exe file. You drag .swf file to it.
