is this computer good enough to run honey select smoothly I want to know before I buy it.

Does it have to be a Laptop? ... There are so many issues with laptops(except high end gaming laptops).
Main issues:
Almost always horrible main board
Sound is on board and since the mainboard alrdy sucks, so will the sound.
You cannot make any changes to the hardware in a easy way.
If you do not have to go Laptop you can find a way better PC for the same money.
Overall it is probaply good enough to run it, here are the Honey Select requirements:

This is a bit old now but just a few things.
Consideration: If you use a USB Headset will bypass the audio chip.
However, I couldn't recommend anything less than 8GB of RAM, you might be able to get away with 4GB if you limit yourself to only having a few applications open, and if you use chrome, having nothing else opened when using it.
