Not absolutely sure, but the two standing images look like Takamakuran to me. No idea about the screenshot, other than it's all over a Korean blog talking about a lot of porn games (that don't seem to be it).
Edit - The more I look at it the more the faces look like they're characters from other games. He's kind of a stereotype but The NTR Legend guy, the Summer Memories kid, and Hazuki.

Yup, i also recognized the guy from NTR Legend but it doesn't seem to be the same author. About the korean blogs I have no idea how to navigate that website. I'll keep searching anyway, it seems like the pictures are an idea for a videogame.
