#1 I think is the "best", though with some changes and tweaking.
#2 - Fwsa gunner! It's one of the better skins you're using there, so it has that going for it. (I've worked with it, my first game one of the characters uses it, and it's really solid IMO).
#3 - Lucas 8. Ew. Seriously, I hate the character, the skin, everything about it.
#4 - Looks 15.
#5 - I like the character look, not the skin. I can't quite place the skin like I can 2 and 3, but I've seen it before and I'm not a fan.
I'd go with #1 and just tweak and iterate a bit until it's just right.
