Hi,

Just wanted some reassurance but I feel sometimes some of the games are too close to the line in terms of age. How legal is this and how are those games allowed to stay on the website?

Almost having a panic attack over this as its nowhere near what I want but afriad that this is on my computer now and tainted it. Ive never chosen a game that looks too young and always tried to keep to "the characters in this game are 18+" but does this actually work?

Any help is appreciated.

General Rules:

https://f95zone.to/threads/general-rules-updated-2022-02-01.5589/

Content (a game, image, video, story, animation, etc.) depicting nudity or sexualization or sexual/erotic activity involving prepubescent character(s) is prohibited. A "prepubescent character" is one that visually shows no sign of puberty, or if non-visual is otherwise clearly intended to represent a prepubescent character. 2D and 'unrealistic' depictions are generally looked upon more favorably. As this involves some discretion, if you are unsure ask a Staff Member.

As I just posted somewhere else:

All those girls are definitely 18+.
Not all 18+ women have balloon tits and/or are more than 180 cm / 6 ft tall.

If a game passes Rule 7, then she must be adult enough since she passed puberty. All girls pass puberty differently, some get balloon tits, some become basketball players, some just stay petite.

And also not everybody manages to pass high school before 18, not to mention that schooling systems are not the same everywhere.
Also be aware:

- They are just pixels, not actual persons.

- The laws in your counry may be different than the rules of this website and/or the opinions of some members. Some countries may also outlaw e.g. gay porn or any porn at all.

So get a VPN with adblock, and a privacy focused browser, and I guess an extension that auto-deletes cookies.
Besides doesn't US only categorize real porn as cp ? I don't think they prosecute hentai but don't quote me on that

I'm not grumpy, I'm just coded that way.

General Rules:
this do not regard his question. He is afraid because the games are on his computer, not because they are here.

What don't necessarily change much when it come to CP. It's a crime without victims, but in this case, and sometimes also bestiality, it would still be seen as a crime. The principle being that it's less damaging to sentence an adult who was borderline, than to have a child who is the victim.
This being said, in most countries you'll not be sent to jail for this. And, more important, you'll not be targeted because you own some loli 2D/3D games. Police don't randomly raid house to see what people have on their computer. You need to draw their attention for them to target you, and it's not by downloading a loli game here every now and then, that you'll achieve this.

Depending on the country you're in, you may one day wake up dead for simply having visited this site.

Well, part of the OP was this:

How legal is this and how are those games allowed to stay on the website?
So that's why the site rules are relevant to his question.

I'm pretty sure we end up dead anyway, with or without having visited this site...
