Is this TOO busty?

Basically, hired an artist to make lots of pictures for a game in development. I've added several different kinks, and for this character, I wanted her definitely bustier than the other girls. Very large breasts isn't my thing, but I wanted something for everyone (Including ice queens, really large girls, feet and what have you).
Now, my question is... (See title)

Personally I would say you almost crossed the line, but it's believable. Also would like to add that the hips could be a tad bit wider. I like it though.

Yes. The proportions look awkward, although if it's just a game/vn then I guess there is no such thing as too large appendages and too thin bodies?

for me yes...but everyone has their own tastes so no matter how beautiful the render some will love it and some will hate it. That you are asking is nice though. It shows you want to make a game that all can enjoy and I for one appreciate it.

Seems fine. She's definitely in the huge breast category over at whatever porn site you visit, but not so far in she'd lose views.

The hips are definitely way too high/tall though. My rule of thumb for 3d art is that the hip top lines up with the navel, and the gap between ribs and hips should be a hand or two. (otherwise she wouldn't be able to bend left or right)

For me, in my personal opinion it's a bit too busty, but I'm trying to cater to everyone's preferences, not just my own. Plus, there's a bunch of girls in this one, so there's lots of different variations (Including a very large girl, for those that went cray over Lady Dimitrescu)

I think it's just right if you're going for very busty and, like others pointed out, not too excessive.
