RPGM - Isekai Awakening [v1.26.5] [Jackie Boy]

Every update this game gets worse and worse. I'm a huge fan of pixel art, but this game has mindless content grind that takes forever and the rewards just aren't worth it. That's not even taking into account the game runs like crap.

Game is next to unplayable without the codes, defeats the whole point of having it on F95. Just make it playable without the extra "extreme" code and people will stop hacking it. That and the art is extremely dated at this point.

The Maze portion is not doable since you don't have any clue for it. You will have to go and try to find a walkthrough and the one that got posted here is not completed. The minigame grind is tedious.

Give me back my wasted time.

Do you know that you have to spam click to progress a sex scene?
Or that every action has a deliberate delay?
Or that the sprites look better on screenshots than ingame?
Or that the character's level advances after he gets full 5/5 in all Str/Int/Cha
Then it turns up the ladies ALSO have such level gauge but with Lust/Trust/sth_else
I hear that most of good stuff is Patreon locked, but I stopped playing before I noticed.

It has some good minigames though.
If you want to play it, then turn on all the codes, especially these for relationships.

I don't even remember the versions I played his on. Its been a while, but of the 2 or 3 times I played I absolutely despised how the game played and little was changed to help me get a better opinion of this game.

Its basically a point-and-click game where you play mini-games to boost your affection with the ladies. You also have to level up your charisma, strength, and intelligence by just clicking on dumbells, mirror, and books to interact with the ladies as well, which just feels like a huge waste of time. There's dungeons and stuff as well but I couldn't even get there because I just gave up after bashing my head with the witch matching game, and I doubt there is even anything worth investing into.
Its just not fun or engaging in the slightest, it just feels like your poisoning your braincell with tedious mobile games while wasting time as you contemplate how you are failing your ancestors by playing this shitty game when you can just jerk-off to regular porn instead and not think about it.

==Presentation==
I hate the 3d models, and it just confirms my stigma against 3d games. They are not well-made, they are about as slapped together as garten of banban, and the animation is about as terrible.

==Narrative==
You're isekai-ed to another world by a goddess and the reincarnation of the prince after he was killed or something. I have no idea, I rarely ever play H-games for the story.

==H-Factor==
Garbage. I have done hours of grinding because SEX SCENES ARE LOCKED BEHIND A SKILL TREE. Fucking. Why. I could spend an hour hour of my time and attempt to draw something I could at least jerk off to, but instead I spent what felt like 7 hours grinding to recieve 2 shitty action figures you could find at a flea market that have melted in the hot sun being smashed together in exchange for my time and dedication.
Not only does the game require you to grind in a monotonous process of clicking the books, the dumb-bells, and the mirror, but also the GALL TO LOCK EVEN MORE SEX SCENES AND BASIC CONTENT BEHIND PATREON! WHEN THE GAME AND SEX SCENES ARE ALREADY THIS SHITTY! This game gets an F for complete and utter Failure.

==Suggestions/Improvements==
I could suggest the dev make a new game and hire artists with actual talent, but I won't. There is no saving this game. I looked at some of the reviews and it seems the dev only cares about the money, and the patreon exclusive content confirms it. All I will say is that the dev should never make games again if this is what he will make.

==Conclusion==
I have tried multiple times to get into the game but I just couldn't, there was no point in playing the game since there was neither presentation, gameplay, or enough of an H-factor to convince me to play longer.

You could have a D grade H-factor and amateurish art and still have a good game with either the gameplay, story, or both and vice-versa so long as there is soul and passion in the game like the first black souls (not that 2 is bad or anything, I just haven't played it yet). There is no gameplay, story, passion and soul in this game and the H-factor does not exist. This game should not exist for how bad it is.

==TLDR==
This game is a scam. You shouldn't buy this and I can't even recommend you pirate a cracked version.
It is a mistake to play this when jerking off to a 2 land-whales fucking is a better use of your time because it might be remotely attractive for the nearly blind.

Review might be a few versions outdated, but I already know what experience I'm gonna get, and I dont want to torture myself with something I know I'm not going to enjoy.

Story - The game severely lacks a coherent narrative. Besides the initial introduction where the sex maiden identifies you as the queen's presumed lost son, there is little to no substantial story development. While minor pieces of information may be scattered throughout, the overall story is almost non-existent.

Visuals - The game's visuals, though far from exceptional, are the best aspect it has to offer. However, it still falls short of being considered great art or anything.

Audio - The game does feature some sound, but don't expect memorable or outstanding music in this particular title.

Content - Here comes the frustrating part. While the game does provide some content, the meat of it is hidden behind paywalls in the public build.
Want to experience x-ray features and explore all options? Want to engage in multiple encounters and witness the explicit details? Interested in bestiality? Well, be prepared to open that wallet.

Story - There is almost no story, there is the intro when the sex maiden said that summoned you and made everyone think you are the lost son of the queen, but that is mostly it, there is some minor informations but in the end the game have almost no story at all.

Renders - The best of the game, and is nowhere close of being great art, but still, is the best that the game can give you and is why i have give the game 2 stars.

Sound - Yeah, the game have some, but don't expect great music in this game.

Amount of content - Well...where comes the annoying part, the game have some content, but the better part is behind paywall...wanna have x-ray and see all the fun? have sex more than once and show all the mess? You like bestiality? Well... better give the author money because all that is behind paywall, and the way is, i believe at some point even story and more stuff will be behind paywall...

In conclusion, the game is not the worst that i have seen here, yes, the author is greedy to put a lot of stuff behing paywall, yes, the game have some really annoying mechanics and almost all your time will be grinding to be able to do anything, but the idea itself have a lot of potential, but right now, the way that the game is, is bad in almost every aspect.

Story 1/5: There is no story beyond the introduction. Just short conversations to raise the girls' relationship.

Gameplay 1/5: There is a combat system unlocked after you go to a well close to the mage's house. Just your average rpg, nothing special and it is not relevant you won't get any reward or anything, it is just there for nothing and looks hugely unpolished.

Content 2/5: The game is grindy as hell for almost no content at all. The game shows like 11 girls but it is a scam, you can only fuck 5 and impgernate 2. And if you chose the slave route you will lose the immigration part of the game as I believe so you either lose access to what the dungeon offer to you or lose access to pregnacy content, so if you chose love route for both girls then you bought the dungeon for nothing.

And the game is so buggy that if you impregnate a girl and then do anal with her for the first time it will cancel the impregnation and put her statue into deflowered. If feminists knew that anal works just like abortion, they would save a huge amount of money.

Also, I was curious. I heard that there is bestiality content, but every time I click on it in the barn, it tells me, “Monster content available in extreme version” But I enabled it so I don't know if it is buggy or lacks content cause the game has them both.

Hentai and graphic 4/5: While Rika looks like an average fat American while she is pregnant, most part of the game looks neat.

tl;dr: it is a scam and is nothing more than a demo, because when you interact with the world it tell you “in the next update” or something like that. As a word of advice, don't play it without a cheat to avoid the grind.

public version release was just a demo for the top $20 content which was heavily restricted even in their discord channel, and they also make a specific channel for those "EMPEROR" tier which is fine in my opinion since they also need to make a living but restricting most of the content on the highest tier is an absolute trash move, but then again each to their own i guess.

SUMMARY: game is ok, but expensive to play since most of the good thing available on that $20/month subscription , expect bugs on the game which can (probably) ruin your gaming experience, and a dev who will take down any pirate link that will ruin his money making scheme

There isn't anything this game does well. The art is bad, I'm not sure the artist knows what women look like. The game is a buggy mess, and when it's not broken it has unbearable grind. The writing is by far the worst part and that's saying something.
Anything this game has some other game does better, don't waste your time.

Filled with bugs and not enough content to warrant playing. People are complaining about the minigames, but those are the least of this title's problems. Don't waste your time. Come back in two years time and maybe there'll be something worth your time. Maybe.

Do ya like grinding terrible minigames for minuscule gains? humor that feel extremely dated? how about 5 seconds of H every couple of minutes. if so this game is for you. About the only thing it's got going for it is the decent designs for the girls.

The art style is decent for standing portraits, but the sex scenes are just flat out bad. They tend to be inconsistent with one another, are drawn/animated poorly, are extremely basic, and zoomed out so far I have to lean in to even see what's going on on a 31" monitor. Mini games were decent until the recent mage one, which is just straight up awful. The game is also riddled with bugs, inconsistences (one girl has take home as an option, but what you have to do instead is make her follow you then manually go home), awkward and cluttered UI (can't get a girl that's following you to leave unless you specifically go home and tell her to leave, and you can't leave out of a selection screen without selecting something), terrible English, and is flooded with Patreon ads that let to skip the crappy grindy parts of the game to get do it's mediocre core.

While I understand this game is very much still as work in progress, with it's current development pace and content, I really just don't see this game going anywhere.

Tedious. You spawn in your house, click a dumblell, mirror or book 2-3 times each (3 times is a day). Then rest. Then click another. Then rest. Then click another. Now you've leveled once. It took about 10-13 clicks and animations to level 1 time with the exact same animations and no interactions with anyone.

You exit your crappy house, click a building to interact with girl, so you can grind girl. OOP. Crappy minigame time. These are mandatory. They're what stats are for.
Want to romance 4 eyes? You need to arm wrestle her. Its impossibly hard by default, so you need str. But you can't just grind str. You can grind all 3 stats to level up. You can't specialize on the one you want.
Once you have enough to win, you just spam this identical option over and over again until she likes you all of a sudden. No real personality on display. Then maybe have sex.
This is a 3 part 15 + animation grind with minigames to make glacial progress on one girl. Oh and when you enter a building it shows the foyer for no reason, so that's another click. And when you sleep that's another animation.

You may think cheats fix this. And yes, somewhat. Skill points and gold are gained via cheats... but nothing that matters. Its one of those games that feels like its made grindy on purpose to make people pay for shortcuts, but then the shortcuts don't exist for anything that's particularly grindy so... I don't get it. No wait, I do. There is a cheat for girls liking you. Patreon exclusive. So you can skip this entire grind (and therefore basically the entire game) if you pay enough.

On top of all of this, the game deletes my saves every time a new version is released.

tldr; it has no story, progress is entirely based around watching animations or stupid minigames, no one has any real personality and it deletes progress every time it gets updated

The characters aren't good looking doesn't bother, they 're cute. I'm not a fan of enslaving girls, but I can take them home and sleep with them. Also you can have threesome with certain characters and date with them. Who doesn't want to see himself sleep with a girl he likes a lot nakedly? 8/10. Just don't enslave them, men need love. Rika is cute that she acts like a gf, just make love to her.

I went into this fairly optimistic and left rather disappointed. The game is buggy, has placeholder interactions everywhere, the codes for this most recent version are locked behind a Patrion version which makes having codes in the first place pointless (which would not be an issue if the game wasn't excessively grindy). The main gameplay loop consists of playing poorly made mini games to raise one of the lust/trust of one of the few available girls. there is also a random mandatory grind for your own stats to get skill points to be able to do anything with the girls even after you get them to the proper level. Finally after you complete both grinds will you be rewarded with *drum roll* a couple stiffly animated repeatable scenes with bad dialogue (wow, truly ground breaking I know ).
Only giving this 2 stars because one: I've seen so much worse, and two: I think there is potential for something here in time

TLDR: this game doesn't respect your time and the small amount content isn't worth it. Come back in a year and maybe it will be worth a shot.

The art of this game is great. There are beautiful animations and some very sexy pixel art. Also, the game has a lot of promise in terms of fetishes and promised mechanics. Unfortunately, the gameplay is completely broken as it is today: there is scant indication of what the player should be doing or even can do; the progression system requires spamming the same scenes and minigames over and over and over and over and over; and there are a ton of placeholder icons for content that is not yet accessible.

This game may be really great with a lot more time and care, but right now it's not fun to play at all.

If I could cheat to skip the minigames this wouldn't be bad.
-surprise bestiality. dev says you can avoid bestiality by "not clicking the horse"... it is a point and click game. and clicking a horse is not a clear "this will lead to bestiality" sign. there could be myriad other reasons to click on a horse in a point and click game.

Lots of potential, but squandered.

The game today is summed up best as amazing art and models, good kink list, mediocre sex scenes (sprites), poor gameplay (grindy minigame spam, faintest story/dialog, incomplete mechanics and plot). There are Patreon cheats (if you don't have, subtract a star from this rating) but they don't let you cheat the girls' relationship levels which is where the grind is. There's a ton of "WIP" text all over the place too. All in all, I feel like 3 stars is as much as anyone could honestly give it today. If dev walked away and left, never to be seen again, honestly I'd probably give this 1 star...

As of v1.089 its a pretty fun game with a lot of potential. About an hour of content and the sex scenes arereally fun. My only complaint is about the arcade minigame which is annoying but stillfun game worth checking out
