I'm kind of lost here, can you use those different sex positions on the girls or are they there just for show? Like a free sex mode? or something?

Here's a patch for 1.26.5 that enables extreme content.
With the patch extreme content is always enabled, so it doesn't matter what you choose when asked to enable/disable it.
Relationship code also works: 5010
Unzip and paste into "data" folder.
Might not work well on older saves. Try sleeping for it to take effect, otherwise create a new save.

one of the common issues i've had with the extreme mode is is auto disables itself frequently during play. things will work fine for a time then it just disables and can't access it anymore. any idea as to why it does that? and what is the trigger to re-enable it?
i keep trying to get it to persist but it just doesnt. the game has potential for a lot of fun. now i'm not against trying to make money at all i'm a mod developer for skyrim myself in all versions from LE to Se and AE and such making money from commission work and such as well but this game is not worth a $20 a month sub for what limited content there is and most especially with how unstable and buggy the game is where you have to constantly re-enable modes for it all the time. Dev seriously needs to get his head checked and do a serious revamp on the stability of the game.

I have a theory that he put disables at random places into the public build to curb attempts to crack it. I've tried to get around it by making every disable event into an enable. That's why i tell people to sleep; one of the disables happens if you sleep and i inverted it.
I haven't thoroughly tested the crack since i haven't really gotten around to playing the game yet. Does it still disable at random times even with my patch?

Fairly disappointing experience, and not because it seems as if the dev puts more work into nuking extreme content for pirates than into the game itself (although that's a factor). I was hoping for some decent pixel art, but it happens to just be 3D models that aren't great run through a few filters and viewed from afar. To be fair, pixel games tend to do it that way, but without some hand-drawn assets to make the most of the view distance and angles, it's a mixed experience at best.
Man, I came back to this to see if the dev still sucked about the extreme content, it's a shame that they still suck about it. I wouldn't mind paying for the game, with access to all the content, once, but it seems like that's not the case still. Disappointing
