Partially, the performance is extremely better compared to the previous version but the motion blur still lags in certain areas and it still uses a lot of ram (played some minutes, ram went to 20 gb, before it used my whole 32 gb)

did you know about the BepInEx installation guide ?
- install BepInEx
- run the game
- exit the game
- move the uncensor plugin to "plugin" folder inside the "BepInEx" folder

With the 1.3 update the games runs much better, the motion blur slowdowns are finally fixed and the game can be played at 50-60 fps in 1080p low graphics, a huge improvement from 900p low graphics with 30 fps slowdowns near the water in the previous version.
