I had an error like that when I tried to add gallery mod or something to an older update/incompatible version. Don't remember what exactly it was, but it broke the game in a similar way.

Mod is great and all but how can I reach those scene by playing? I also haven't done anything with Reina except spotting her in the room after drinking coffee before bed time.

Overview:
This mod adds a Gallery to Isolated with mom which allows you to view all of the currently available scenes in the game and a few animations that are not currently obtainable, this includes cooking, sleeping and shower scenes . Once installed when you reload you save you should now have a key item in your inventory which you can use to transfer.​
