Would love to find this old game again. You wake up in a desert and you eventually fight for to a castle. I know that's not much to go on but the game play was quite memorable, you're naked except for a cock ring that helps you resist attacks but also makes you move faster on the map etc.
There were some very odd ones, shaped like a rocket or manta ray.
Most I can remember from the name was "Ero" or something.
