Issue with Downloaded Game...

I downloaded this:

and though it says en in the title it was in Japanese. Did i do something stupid or is the game just not in english?

I downloaded this..

The game here is mostly translated but not completely, the main menu for example isn't but the dialog is. The translation is from a fan made patch (there's no offical English version) that's a separate download.

If the the girl at the start of the game is talking in Japanese I'd guess they didn't install the patch.
