From what I read probably before the end of the year, he said he was going to shorten some of the content so as not to delay the release of the game any longer and just release the rest in a future update.
Post just a couple up has him saying end of the month. I do think what you're saying will be accurate because its what he did with the first game. Release it then drop a content update sometime later.

Hardcoded into the animations since he got fucked by dlsite over the previous game just using a shader that was easily bypassed.

whole reason he abandoned dlsite in the first place was because they banned his first game only had unity software censors, and it was too late for him to hard bake censors
