That link does let you buy it. Can't buy it myself sadly but it does allow you to add it to the cart, the came costs $16.50 and doesn't say anything about trial or future release.
You just have to register and become a fan there for free and the add to cart button will unlock.

i think you guys got a bit confused,
this is indeed the current full version, not the trial one. Unless i'm wrong i believe he did specify there is some content missing that will be added in 1.1
