in dress up game click the option that looks like the school outifit and there will be a water drop icon on the bottom left side if you click it it makes her sweat pretty much

If you're talking about requirements for unlocking day 4, then you dont need to wait or anything, that's a translation issue. You need to cum-edge Mana herself, which can be done in the very first shoot
