No. Nobody has bought it to give it here. You can buy it yourself if you like.

What black screen? In the scene where you are showing the penis on his face?

Just look at the comment above you, follow the directions

"Click on the option and then on Skip" to skip some dialogs that cause black screen. You will be sent directly to the scene

I found a folder with the developer name at AppData/LocalLow/SaltpeterAtelier/IVAV2

Not version IV!? AV!? 2 (Big oppai)

Both are by the same creator, although... Previously the artist was not "Saltpeter Atelier" but "Glass-Atelier".

Some gooners couldn't help themselves from sharing files and images of the first game which is banned on this site due to obvious reasons. As a result the mods went full scorched earth and then locked and deleted all the messages in the original thread.

While I don't agree with the drastic method the moderators used, this wouldn't have happened in the first place had those gooners just not posted anything from the first game, but they just had to ruin the fun for everyone else.

damn that's so sad. When i saw the game forum on here, i was so excited, because i know the game will be big, there will be a community and maybe some cool mods. but with that deleted it also kill the game popularity, I wished the mods only deleted people's comment about the first game, not the whole thread
