i thought they would usually post them on the first post of the thread? i usually see mods/cheats/walkthroughs on it. this is my first time modding a game, so hosting links and stuff is all new to me too.

I believe if you want to create a dedicated page for your mod you can go here to the mods forum list and create a new thread.
As for having your mod linked in the first post of the main game thread you can just hit the report button on the first post and choose "other" and ask a moderator to link your mod. (That's what I did to get linked in the first post in the thread when I used to write walkthroughs for games)

The moderator's are pretty helpful and will usually hear you out and link your mod to the first post, though it might take some time before you get a reply.
But you don't need moderators to make your own dedicated mod page.

As for hosting links on your dedicated mod page, feel free to use the file hosts you like.

its gonna be a little complicated too, i have three mod versions lol but i dont want to add that, to my list just yet. also, i still need to figure a way to downsize the mod, for whatever strange reason, the file size jumps up in size after putting the edited sprites back in the asset file using UABE. and i cant find any real solution online either. imma try to downsizing the sprite sheet or something, but first, modding it is top priority. ill cross that bridge when im done with it. thank you, i appreciate all that info.

You can turn the phone on then get all the gangbang animations in the gallery even without having actually seen them. When you're done just turn the phone off. It doesn't save to your statistics. All you miss out on is the dialogue which honestly I don't really care that much about it.

go to Mana chan in cow house scene, you have to unlock and select the 4th option and have a match with her. It reads, "This is the culmination of all the shooting"

Yeah dude, the most amazing creators from Koikatsu are the one who made scenes for Chara studio.
Moonlight Mask, Harada, Hongcha, Poison, ZeroKK, DeliriumBear, YuraBe and those are the ones i can think about right now.

seeing as the game was blocked on steam because of the 1st girl being R7 it's a nobrainer that it will be a new game, dev wants to go to steam due to reach in comparison to dlsite.
good art though and will buy to support dev once he starts cooking.

Eh, it used to be similar since it's still a niche, and even on steam, most games have a translation company as the middle man, then everything changed when the credit card overlords attacked.
