Japanese Games and Machine Translation

What's the best way to do this? I remember Chi Trans was good for a time, but that doesn't work anymore. Anyway to get around quotas from search engine translators?

There is Translator++ but its not 100%. The only way that I have tested when I had a free trial with Google Cloud Platform, was the Neural Translation API. Its pretty accurate but it gets expensive. Its $20/1mil requests.

There is a cracked version of Atlas something but its not up to date. So some translations are out of date.

EDIT: Translator++ does work with Google Translate but it does ban you for a bit if its spammed. But its only about 48 hours.

I looked at Translator++, isn’t that to add text to a game? How do I just use the translation?
