Identify Japanese Visual Novel featuring a personal trainer and bbw housewife

Hi, I'm looking for a VN centered around a personal trainer who agrees to do private lessons for a woman in her apartment house, the woman is not fat just a little chubby and I believe the trainer was also sneaking some pills into her diet to make her hornier. This is a screenshot from another game called The Breaker that was using its art asset. Unfotunetly good image search doesn't help here and only links bank tot he game that was using its art asset.
