I don't know what I'm missing but I can't figure out how to access the cheat menu. I see the blue ball in the upper right corner of the screen but nothing happens ( except advancing to the next game screen) when I do. I need help.

I unzipped the mod into the game folder but ended up with this when attempting to open the game. Anything I am doing wrong?
I am trying to download the mod but this is all I see there is no game folder. What do I do to work around that?
