Beautiful Models. Amazing Storytelling. Great Writing. Interesting Plot and A Lovable Female Protagonist, There's a Lot to Love about this Game and I can't wait to see where it goes. I just hope more people give this one a try, its an Underrated Gem!

Story is about getting news for the newspaper and private life things. Characters are interesting and well written as the story itself. Renders are absolutely top and girls are great especially the protag. Lewd scene animations are good and smooth.

I love this game. It kept me entertained and attentive to history throughout the ride. While there aren't many sex scenes, the dialogues, the renders, the sound, are really hot. I am looking forward to the new update. I love how they gradually corrupt Jessica and how she is enjoying that way.

Good storytelling ,the renders are definitely the best I've seen on this site, the game had me hooked, I'm hooked and want to see where the NTR/Cheating part of this game would go. If Connor decides to f*ck Jessica's sister stuff like that... Overall, a great game just finished v0.31 now. Keep up the good work!

Good, but slow-paced


The good

• Crisp and gorgeous renders with a lot of attention to detail
• Nice lewd scenes and animations
• Fitting sound effects (like the sound of Jessica's scooter)
• Diverse and (mostly) interesting characters
• An actual plot (not a common find in adult games)
• Choices and different routes
• Proper English

The improvable

• Jessica isn't really up my alley - she's too ample and too perfect (= bland) for my liking. In fact, both she and Conner give me kind of "Barbie & Ken, perfect super-couple" vibes, which should have been toned down.
• As much as I like a good story, the pacing is rather slow. It's nowhere near the level of a certain VN about a wife and mother, still... We see Jessica taking a shower, brushing her teeth, changing clothes, preparing dinner - which is all nice and adds to the realistic atmosphere, but at the same time the story seems to be kinda stalling.

Jessica O'Neil's Hard News had always been one of my favourite VNs, but when I recently revisited it I couldn't help but starting to feel... bored because of the ongoing slow story progression.
I still recommend to give it a try.

Renders are beautiful, fantastic. I like the subtle animations.

I usually dont care for female protag games, but this is a good game to play. Same with Girl gone bad.

The only downside is very short content despite how many months of anticipation. So my rating will go up until i see more content.

Best game for me currently.
The renders are fabulous, the plot is good and the dialogues flow well.
The main character is well built and throughout the story he has various paths to follow and choices to make.
Updates take 4 months on average, in line with many other games.

Review:
The game has a good attraction when it comes to the graphics quality of the renderings, because the quality of the main characters is very good, an excellent level. The story of the game didn't really interest me, in fact I felt it could be better, much better, the fact is that female protagonist games are not very my style of taste, not that this is bad, but I have a little more preferably content with more slutty, where the protagonist becomes a slut or something. The game tries to bring a little bit of this, but at the same time it tries to make the character a little more correct, to be that day-to-day woman, who only has her fetishes and her games, but nothing that can be taken seriously. Sometimes the story is not what we expect, because the decisions of choices are very short and with no way to choose correctly. Just accept it or refuse it. So, after I played this latest version, I had a different opinion and started to lose interest in the game. Not that the game is bad, I'm not judging that, but the fact is that there are few games where we play with a female protagonist that I think interesting.
Gameplay:
It is a simple VN without many options to choose from. It's just accepting it or refusing it. If you refuse most of the dialog options, you will not see sexual content that has little. Anyway, there is not much to say, gameplay is just that, without having to grind.
Graphics & Sexual Content:
The graphics are great and the render of Jessica, the protagonist of the game is excellent. The sex scenes are good and the animations are good too. The sexual content is good, let's say slightly moderately. Even if there is not enough content, it is acceptable content, as the graphics and renders are very good.

So, why I did gave 2 stars?
I thought some things from the game script good and some interesting, because I like office set scripts and playing with a female protagonist there are several ideas of being able to corrupt her. But playing with a female protagonist is not always like that, I understand, but much of the story I didn’t have much pleasure in wanting to know or get involved in, I thought it uninteresting. The fact is, it is difficult for a man to play a game of female protagonist without being able to see some slutty, or better, sexual content, because playing a game that has only one romance, I don't like it, especially if it is a porn game, because it’s better to write a book, am I right? Anyway, talking about the history of the game, Jessica has a boyfriend, a younger sister, a neighbor who has a boyfriend but that she is a lesbian who flirts (optional) with Jessica, and an old newsboy who does not miss an opportunity to enter in the pants of the protagonist (optional) and her co-workers in the office. Most of the game is all optional, if you want not to fuck Jessica's boyfriend, you won't see any content. If you don't want to provoke the old newsboy, you won't see any content. If you want to not see lesbian content from Jessica and her neighbor, you will not see content. Now understand? so the question remains, what is the purpose of this game? show the beauty of the graphics? maybe the animations? romance or slutty? Honestly, I prefer something more slutty, where the protagonist can prostitute herself or something, however, the game tries to embody it, but the protagonist is only willing to play with her fantasies. So, I don't see much attraction in this game, of course it has a small interesting plot, but the story is not engaging. So, my rating is 2 stars, because I don't have much to say about gameplay and history. But I want to make it clear, not every game needs to have enough sexual content, but in porn games it is necessary to have satisfactory content, JONH has satisfactory content but there are few, but the story, the gameplay, is not very interesting to want to continue.

A very complete game, with well-defined, well animated and well-created characters. Good script and much content of the story and with several alternatives to move forward little by little. Recommended

Easy 5 stars.

The selling point of the game are the amazing renders and beautiful and sexy main character. She is just too sexy in those office clothes.

It is one of 5-6 games i look for the most here and play after every update, the rest i wait for the final release.

The negative side is a long wait between releases, but i guess the quality takes time to make.

So everyone play the game if you still haven´t, it is amazing.

About as good as it gets in this genre of games.

Pros:
-renders and animations are top notch
-good use of audio fx
-writing! Although there are a few grammatical errors scattered about (A. English), they don't detract from the story. The story itself is well-written and reasonably believable. JOHN steers clear of most of the tiresome tropes I see in adult VN's.
-The game has that certain extra something that makes it worth the 5-star review. Most authors don't take the time to do the little things that would give their game a bit of shine. This author obviously takes a lot of pride in their work and it shows.
-multiple paths a player can take to suit his/her play style.

Cons:
-the "this is so wrong" shtick is starting to wear a bit thin. (I played more along the cheat path.) It might be a good idea to establish a backstory of Jessica having an increased libido and history of exhibitionism so as to make her transition to increased promiscuity a little smoother.
-lose the glasses in intimate scenes.
-use Rosa's face for the protagonist. Ok, I realize that won't happen, but I'm a big fan of how Rosa is drawn. Very nice.

Not much else to say other than, "great job, stoperArt." I'm very much looking forward to more content.

Excellent graphics, a lot of story arches. In the first part there are a lot of interesting characters, a big open world and the opportunity every day to do a new lesson with a new plot. We look forward to continuing the story!

Stoper has created a beautiful, charismatic and interesting character. The renders are amazing, and Jessica's personality makes this game engaging. I hope there will be slow but gradual development as Jessica embarks on many sexual adventures.

Edit: Since I originally made this review, the have only been a handful of updates. It's disappointing to see the lack of progress. Regardless, it is still a good game but it's disheartening getting maybe 30 minutes of content at best in almost a year.

Honestly, no complaints. It is a well put together game, way better than most ones I have played on this site. The quality is good all around. The dialogue for the most part felt natural, there felt like a lot of content thus far, and the only thing I want is more.

I think there is a severe lack of realistic fem protagonist games where you can choose to go down a corruption route or stay relatively innocent. This game does a fantastic job filling this niche.

The girls are so sexy and there is a diverse set of them. You can choose to pursue whoever you want and this amount of customization you can do each plaything is really fantastic.

Looking forward to seeing where this game goes; definitely worth a try.

I think this is a great game. Curious were The plot will end up. So far i like The way you arena able to choose You're own way. Good graphic. Can't wait for the next update. Good to be able to choose all lesbian road.

Great game, that give us phenomenal art work with the models, the storie plto its not the best, but its good enough to make the game fun and entretaining plus I really like games with female protagonist so, its just great for me, love the lesbian path and Im really hopethat in the next updates I can continues that path with jessica, really one of my fav game right now

Plotline: 3/5, the story follows your average corruption cliché expected from a female protagonist, rather than, for instance, one wherein the protagonist uses seduction and her looks to grow powerful on the social ladder

Visuals: 4/5, the models look good and original, and the post-processing is good in most scenes

Sex scenes: 1/5, it's lacking severely in exchange for an unnecessarily elaborate plot, especially what I mentioned before;

Choices: 2/5, they really don't bring much impact to the game, more of a "do you want to watch this scene? Yes or no" thing, but most games around are like that.

Consensus: I think what happened here was that Stoper created a bond with the character Jessica, adopting her as his, pardon the lingo, "waifu". Thus, he won't allow his sweet character to go down paths that are too deviant, especially if that involves adding other men to her venality.

You feel that in the game, you sense the potential for the scenes but they never come, and you're left in a vacant, expectant loop for something to happen - which never does. Cue to Homer Simpson's "Boring!".
