The changelog for v1.17 says Hinata got a new outfit, does this refer to the swimsuit or not? If not how do i get the new outfit?

on the main post you need to download the arc 1 version. on mobile, it will display as 2 different apps.

as far as i know, theres no other way

Ino- You have to play the Halloween event
Temari- You have to finish the story of v1.17, you unlock it after the second kage summit
Other sand girls- idk, i think it is unlocked by default after you 100% them
Do I have to download arc1 to play from the beginning? Seems like the current version just starts off in arc 2
