EDIT: Nevermind. You have to continue to the next phase of the game (arc 2) to trigger it.

We are getting other girls to corrupt in each arc; like for arc two we get Temari and Karin for example

Thanks for the reply! It has been a fair bit since I played. As I am looking through all my saves what should I look for? Would the trigger for that be after I sealed Tsunade at level 4?
