Although there are few games that I have seen with this type of program and it looks interesting, I don't know why the overview and images give me the impression that the Mc is the typical creep loser .You know the typical one who spies on the family while they bathe or sleep, and steals their used underwear.

Leaving that aside, Dev, are the kinks/fetishes going to be avoidable (they don't happen in the story according to player choice) skippable (they happen in the story but the player doesn't see the scene) forced by plot?

EDIT :Well, after trying it, it is practically a demo, and this requires the Tag Kinetic Novel ( the choices that appear are only 1 and they are for doing chores, if you don't press on it you don't advance the story, so no real choice here) the player simply experience a loop.("wake up, have breakfast, put the clothes in the washing machine, vacuum the living room, take out the trash, take a bath, watch TV, cook, sleep" the next day repeat the same.)
Player can choose the relationship that the Mc and the Milf have, but later on the Mc will always refer to her as Landlady, and to other people as Roommates.
